I was named after a book called Jonica’s Island (ahem, rated 4.5 stars by sweet old ladies on Goodreads), so the three-things-you’d-bring-to-a-desert-island question doesn’t technically apply because… well, it’s my island.

But if I were stranded on another island, I’d bring:

1. My pride and joy

2. A hammock

3. A bag of Trader Joe’s chili lime rolled tortilla chips

Might as well make the most of it.
